Hi, I'm Bobi!

A Little Bit of Sunshine Cookies is a woman-owned custom cookie shop founded by Bobi Carmosino, a Long Island native with a passion for spreading joy through sweets. Growing up surrounded by good food and great company—thanks in part to her husband, a chef and former restaurant owner—Bobi understands the magic of gathering around the table.

Her love for baking started with years of creating festive treats for family and friends, turning every holiday into a delicious celebration. In 2022, she turned that passion into something bigger, officially launching A Little Bit of Sunshine Cookies. Now, she not only creates beautifully decorated, handcrafted cookies for all occasions but also teaches cookie decorating classes and offers cookie decorating kits, making it easy for anyone to join in the fun.
